What are the exact times for the live sessions?

We offer a wide range of time options for our live sessions, so you can easily find a suitable option for you. Currently we host the live sessions in times suitable for North America (8am EST & 1pm EST/10am PST) , Europe (10 am, 2 pm & 7pm CET) and Asia (8pm HKT). Of course we record the live sessions so in case you ever miss one you can follow up later. See the course pages for specific time and date information.

Are the live sessions always on the same day?

Yes. We want to make planning easy for you so we will facilitate the live sessions for the courses always on the same day of the week. Please see the course pages for specific time and date information.

What if I can't make a live session?

We record all live sessions and make them available afterwards. Of course we encourage live participation, but you have the chance to review the sessions if you miss one.

Will there be a certificate?

Absolutely! You will receive a certificate on your successful participation in the week after our last live session.

How can I involve my whole team?

Do I get a refund if I change my mind?

Of course. You may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days (cancellation period) from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. If you choose to cancel within this period you will receive a refund of the price within 30 days if you are eligible for refunds. What happens if I want to postpone my participation?

We will work with you so that you can participate at a later time. If you need to postpone your course, you need to make a request at least 5 working days before the course starting date free of any fees. What if The DO School cancels the course I booked?

The DO School reserves the right to cancel any training course or event due to insufficient enrollment at least 7 calendar days in advance of the scheduled start date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future date or to receive a full refund of registration fees. In the unlikely event that a training course or event is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disaster, or other emergency, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course or event; however, The DO School will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer.

What is the course language?

Our primary course language is English and so are the materials we use. We do offer a time option in German at 10 am CET for the live sessions.

I work full-time. Do I have time to take this course?

Definitely! Over the six weeks we have four facilitated live-sessions of 90 minutes (including three different time options) and one optional check-in (week 5). The scheduling of self-paced-learning, application and peer-action-groups is totally flexible and up to you. See the course pages for details on exact times.
